Return and Refund
1. What can be returned?
We do not accept return or exchange unless the item you received is defective. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details and defective items purchased from our online shop.
2. How to return?
Once we acknowledge the email requests, kindly ensure to return defective goods within 7 days from delivery receipt in original condition with its original packaging, parts and accessories to our physical store at Vivo City@ 1 Harbourfront Walk Unit 02-104.
3. Refund Method. You will receive the refund via your original payment methods, directly credit back to your cards.
4. Change of mind, color, design are not allowed.
Exchange of Size
1. What can be exchanged?
We accept exchange for items that are defective or shoes and apparel that doesn't fit or you request for different sizes.
2. How to exchange?
Send us an email of the following details to arrange a replacement of the size or defective items:
*photo of the product
*shop location for drop off and collection
3. Change of mind, color and design are not allowed.
4. If the size of your original designs is not available, we will exchange the new design as you wish. In this case, you are subjected to top up on price difference if any.
5. You can exchange the size at our stores and store pick up is free of charge. However, if you want to resend the shipment to you on your new sizes, shipping fees are chargeable.
